To be patient when things dont go how we want it to be, because everything will work out eventually.. For telling me and abang to not forget the main reason why we're soo far away from hoome and then reminding us to just have fun and enjoy Uni life and goo travelling instead of getting homesick and worrying about nonsense.. For teaching us time management, money management and anything else management..For reminding us to be better muslims

Come on City, Come on City

So how was my weekand? it was A W E S O M E!! =D

Went to Lufbra for the "Battle of the BruSoc" for netball.. it was actually just a friendly between BruManch, LufBru and BruWick , but when they gave it that tagline, it got abit more..competitive.. But it wass fuunnn =D Congraaats to BruManch girls n guys for making it on top for both Football and Netball by winning all of the games =D Will talk more about it and post pics next time.. OOOoo n i saww my zimbapwey =D and Kamilla =D

Anywaay, as most of you heard about 14 Brumanchers, Abang, Nina, Val, Liyan, me, Elmo, Qyah, Zatie, Zukri, Azrul, Azim, Hayat, Ain and Naqib (in order), queued up for the Manchester City Vs manchester United tickts 2 weeks ago from 3am!! in d coooldd... it wass CRAZYY.. we were the onlyy group there for soo long! tuu nah our President told us that last year he queud up at 6am and the linee was soo long that he cudnt get tickets, and that they might only jal 30 tickets to student.. hahahh soo there we were, all 14 of us, in our winter jackettss, berkusut-ing from the lack of sleep and the coldness, just sitting around on the stairs till 9am, when the ticket booth FINALLYY buka.. the group after us only came around 6ishh! grrrr blame abang! the waitingg was worth it thoough when we finally got the tickets =D

So guess where we went yesterdayy? =) To city stadium to watch our very firrrsttt premiership football to most of us anyway with our Brunei flag.. We sat at the very front row at one of the corner.. and it wass GREAAAT.. one downside: since its impossible to get tickets to be on the united side, so we had to be with the city fans.. which made it extremely hard to cheer and celebrate when Roooney scored his 100th goal!.. so scaryy lagi the City fan, soo jahat to United! Ada one time the ball got kicked to the corner and when Ronaldo asked for it back, the ballboy throw ganas-ly back! Ronaldo got soo marah he didnt jadi take the corner kick and all the fans turned to the little boy and cheered him on.. 

and ahh their foul language! it was scaryy! 

OoO and there was this old guy who came over and said he knew straight away we were supporting United.. we didnt have anything red on us(except for my shoes n scarf).. we sed "noo, comme oon city!" he replied "no no, u must be United fan.. come on, support the underdogs instead! thats a Brunei flag right? yeah i was in Malaysia for awhile.. i was up there and saw u guys with the flags.. so anyway, Have fun n oh yeah, if anything happen its wise not to celebrate with the United later" no matter how many times we said we're there for City, he knew that we were actually for the opponent team. Only Manchunian support City, the rest of the world support United it seems. 

Since we came wayy early than most people, we got to see the United guys warmed up.. bnyk kan boo eh them, kesiann.. abis them kana abuuse by the crowd.. very rude lah City fan..  ahh Saw Ronaldo up close and he is HANSOME.. i never actually thought so before i saw him face to face.. lawaaa *drooooool* n saw Van Der Sar, my goodness he is TALL... 

It was fun thoughh chanting with the City fan *Come on City.. Come on Cityy..* and cheering oon with them =) we didnt know their songs though, so we just hummed so it wont look too obvious that we're not there for City.. We boo-ed when we were suppose to, cheered when they did hehe

I only got use the big camera before and after the game because the guards said i cannot use it during the match, only the small camera is permitted.. and since we're at the very front, its soo easy for them to notice and tagurr.. soorry Bapa for not being able to take some close up action pics, we did get u the match programme though =D

aand oh yeah, bnyk orang tagur they saw the Brunei flag on tv=D YEYY uss!
